Despite last month’s delay for the Mr. Gay Germany Final, the competition is moving forward, and with the new date set for December 5th and 6th in Berlin, the final eight contestants have been narrowed down to only six after a special round of online voting.
Contestants Max and Chris are the two that now must say goodbye, but that still leaves crowd favorites Aaron, Dominik, Frank, Jonathan, Tim and Tony fighting for the title of Mr. Gay Germany with the winner going on to the Mr. Gay World finals taking place in Malta in 2016.
A special round of voting was held online to help narrow down the contestants, one of which was a vote on each contestants photo shoot albums. Tim won that competition with a total of 3,175 likes.
Each finalist also had to create their campaign t-shirt, which then had its design voted on by both the public and the official Mr. Gay Germany jury. Frank’s “International Tolerance” campaign shirt, featuring the slogan Don’t Be Blind, stole the vote.
